Abstract

Retraction of ‘Dual photocatalysis for CO2 reduction along with the oxidative coupling of benzylamines promoted by Cu/Cu2O@g-C3N4 under visible irradiation’ by Pankaj Kumar Prajapati et al., Sustainable Energy Fuels, 2022, 6, 2996–3007, https://doi.org/10.1039/D2SE00378C.


The Royal Society of Chemistry hereby wholly retracts this Sustainable Energy & Fuels article due to insufficient product characterization data being provided to support the conclusions. In the article, the authors stated “The reaction products were quantified by GC-FID and confirmed by using GC-MS, 1H- and 13C-NMR analysis”. However, this characterization data was not provided. The authors have not been able to provide full characterization data for all reported products to fully support the results reported in the article, and therefore this article is being retracted to protect the integrity of the scientific record.

All authors were informed about the retraction. Pankaj Kumar Prajapati responded to say that they take responsibility for the retraction of the paper. Suman L. Jain accepts the decision to retract. The other authors did not respond.
