Tf2O-activated modular assembly of tetrasubstituted alkenes

Abstract

A novel, efficient multicomponent strategy for constructing tetrasubstituted alkenes bearing both C(sp2)–S and C(sp2)–N bonds has been developed, utilizing Tf2O-mediated activation of 1,3-diketones and featuring high stereoselectivity and broad substrate compatibility.
