Correlation between coordination environments and sorption selectivity to 99TcO4− in two-dimensional metal–organic frameworks
Abstract
While critical for TcO4− remediation, the determinants of selectivity remain unclear. Herein, we systematically elucidate the structure–TcO4− selectivity relationship in two isostructural metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) by framework and property variations. The highly selective MOF SCU-105 demonstrates exceptional selectivity and superior performance in simulated TcO4− contaminated water management.
