Abstract

Correction for ‘Electrochemistry meets polymer physics: polymerized ionic liquids on an electrified electrode’ by Yury A. Budkov et al., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2022, DOI: 10.1039/d1cp04221a.

The authors would like to make the following changes to the published article.

(1) On the third page, left column, section ‘III. Linear theory’, the text “Unfortunately, system (2) of SCF equations obtained above…” should be amended to “Unfortunately, system (8) of SCF equations obtained above…”.

(2) On the third page, right column, first paragraph after eqn (15), the text “In what follows, we will analyze the solution of the system of linear eqn (3) for two physically relevant cases…” should be amended to “In what follows, we will analyze the solution of the system of linear eqn (14) for two physically relevant cases…”.

(3) On the third page, right column, first sentence of subsection ‘A. Case of point-like charge’, the text “Here we would like to solve eqn (3) for the case…” should be amended to “Here we would like to solve eqn (14) for the case…”.

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
