(G) Similarly, YAP was increasingly nuclear localised with increasing stiffness on cells cultured on Fn-coated hydrogels but not Col- or Ln-coated hydrogels (Pearson's correlation, Col – R2 = 0.37, P > 0.05, n = 4; Fn – R2 = 0.79, P < 0.05, n = 5; Ln – R2 = 0.004, P > 0.05, n = 5). All graphs show mean ± SEM.
