Correction for ‘Observation of ordered arrays of endotaxially grown nanostructures from size-selected Cu-nanoclusters deposited on patterned substrates of Si’ by Shyamal Mondal et al., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2021, 23, 6009–6016 DOI: 10.1039/D0CP06089E.
The authors would like to make the following changes to their published article:
(1) The journal name in ref. 16 is incorrect and should be amended to ‘Applied Physics A’. The correct citation is as follows:

(2) The missing volume number for ref. 20 is 1665.
(3) The missing volume number for ref. 38 and 47 is 1536.
(4) The caption for Fig. 7(g) should be amended from “chemical maps obtained using characteristic X-rays of Si–K and Cu–K composites.” to “chemical maps obtained using characteristic X-rays of Si–K and Cu–K and the composite.”
