Abstract

Correction for ‘Perovskite photodetectors and their application in artificial photonic synapses’ by Xin Huang et al., Chem. Commun., 2021, DOI: 10.1039/d1cc04447h.

The authors regret that there was an error in formulae 2 and 3 of section 2. The corrected formulae are given below:

(2) Responsivity (R) refers to the ratio of the photocurrent generated by the PDs to the intensity of the incident light under light illumination and is defined as follows:

where Il and Id are the currents measured under light/in darkness, respectively, Pin is the power density of the incident light and A is the active area of a PD.

(3) Photosensitivity refers to the ratio of the photocurrent generated by the PDs to the dark current of the PDs in the dark.

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
