News from Nanoscale Horizons

Launched in 2016, Nanoscale Horizons has grown from strength to strength, becoming a leading international journal in the field of nanoscience. We are sorry to say that this year Harold Craighead retires as Chair of the Editorial Board. As the Inaugural Editorial Board Chair, Harold has been pivotal to the growth and success of the journal since its inception. We would like to give a huge thank you to Harold for his leadership and invaluable contributions over the years.

Harold comments, “It has been rewarding to see Nanoscale Horizons grow from a concept to an impactful journal that is contributing to the understanding of the rapidly advancing field of nanoscale science and technology. I have had the pleasure of working, as Editorial Board Chair, with a dedicated group of experts on the Editorial Board. As my term ends as Chair, I look forward to my continued connection to the journal Board and RSC editorial staff in my new capacity.”

Harold will continue to help shape the journal in the years to come as a member of the Nanoscale Horizons Advisory Board, and we are delighted to continue to work with him in this way. Our new Editorial Board Chair will be announced shortly.
