Correction for ‘Studies on the DNA binding and anticancer activity of Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes by using a (2-(4-(diethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline)) intercalative ligand’ by Ravi Kumar Vuradi et al., New J. Chem., 2018, 42, 846–859.


The authors would like to correct Fig. 9, as the panels for the control after 48 h and for complex 2 after 48 h are incorrect. The correct Fig. 9 is shown below.

Fig. 9 HeLa cells were treated with complexes 1, 2 and 3 at a concentration of 50 μM for 48 h. After the treatment, the distribution of cell cycle phases was quantified by flow cytometric analysis.
