Abstract

Correction for 'From linked open data to molecular interaction: studying selectivity trends for ligands of the human serotonin and dopamine transporter’ by Barbara Zdrazil et al., Med. Chem. Commun., 2016, 7, 1819–1831.


The authors regret that there is an error in Fig. 9 of their manuscript. The figure shows a protonated aspartate residue (Asp98) in the serotonin transporter (hSERT, in panels B and C). This residue cannot be protonated in the setting reported in the manuscript. The corrected figure is shown below.
