Abstract

Correction for ‘Escape of anions from geminate recombination in THF due to charge delocalization’ by Hung-Cheng Chen et al., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2017, 19, 32272–32285.

The authors would like to amend an error in the equation shown in Fig. 3(d) of the published article. The corrected Fig. 3 is shown below.

Fig. 3 Transient spectra from pulse radiolysis of (a–d) Fn (n = 1–4) at 50, 20, 10, and 5 mM and benzophenone (BPhO) at 50 mM in THF. The Fn spectra are collected at times, t = 10 (black), 50 (red), 100 (green), 500 ns (blue), and 1 μs (purple), those for BPhO are from 1 ns to 1 μs (1, 2, 5 sequence).

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
