In the original manuscript the expression for the correction factor F_μ was given incorrectly, as

F_μ = 0.16α_x⁵ + 8.357α_x⁴ − 35.554α_x³ + 74.753α_x² − 76.023α_x + 30.096

in two places:

• p. 6588, line 9 of the caption to Fig. 3; and

• p. 6590, right column, lines 12 and 13 up from the bottom of the page.

 

In each case, the correct formula for correction factor F_μ should be as follows:

F_μ = 30.096α_x⁵ − 76.023α_x⁴ + 74.753α_x³ − 35.554α_x² + 8.357α_x + 0.16
