Correction for ‘A convenient approach to an advanced intermediate toward the naturally occurring, bioactive 6-substituted 5-hydroxy-4-aryl-1H-quinolin-2-ones’ by Sebastián O. Simonetti, et al., Org. Biomol. Chem., 2016, DOI: 10.1039/c5ob02680f.
The authors regret the following errors. In the Experimental section for compound 26, the amount of product and yield were given incorrectly and should read 259 mg and 80%, respectively. For reference 24(e) the year was given incorrectly as 2001 and should read 2011. The correct reference is shown below.
