Abstract

The statement “Very recently, our group reported a new bioisostere replacement strategy to rationally design hot spot-directed PPI inhibitors (Fig. 15).167” on page 12 of the original manuscript is incorrect and should read “Very recently, Ji’s group reported a new bioisostere replacement strategy to rationally design hot spot-directed PPI inhibitors (Fig. 15).167
