Abstract
Correction for ‘State-of-the-art strategies for targeting protein–protein interactions by small-molecule inhibitors’ by Chunquan Sheng et al., Chem. Soc. Rev., 2015, DOI: 10.1039/c5cs00252d.
The statement “Very recently, our group reported a new bioisostere replacement strategy to rationally design hot spot-directed PPI inhibitors (Fig. 15).167” on page 12 of the original manuscript is incorrect and should read “Very recently, Ji’s group reported a new bioisostere replacement strategy to rationally design hot spot-directed PPI inhibitors (Fig. 15).167”
