A single-molecule study of the inhibition effect of Naringenin on transforming growth factor-β ligand–receptor binding

Abstract

With single-molecule fluorescence imaging and single-molecule force measurement, we have found that the natural compound Naringenin exerts an inhibition effect on TGF-β ligand–receptor interaction, the initial step of TGF-βsignaling.
