Physicochemical dynamics of disperse systems

Abstract

Results of studies of physicochemical dynamics of disperse systems, which is a new and rapidly developing field of physical chemistry, are generalised. Most attention is given to frequently occurring disperse systems composed of a solid phase and a liquid dispersion medium. The dynamics of contact interactions between particles of disperse solid phases is a key element of the dynamics of such systems. The physicochemical factors responsible for contact interactions are considered in relation to the bulk structural—rheological properties of disperse systems. The bibliography includes 114 references.
