Abstract

Treating [Mo([triple bond, length as m-dash]CC6H4Me-4)(CO)2{κ3-HB(pz)3}] with S8 in tetrahydrofuran at reflux temperature affords [Mo(O)(κ3-S2CC6H4Me-4){κ3-HB(pz)3}] whose structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction.
