Abstract

One- and/or two-dimensional π-overlapping stacks have been found in the crystals of the cation radical salts of the tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) vinylogues having o-substituted phenyl groups at the vinyl positions. The packing mode in the two-dimensional π-stacks could be modified depending on the counter anions
