Abstract

Excimer laser induced photolysis of dialkyltellurides R2Te (R=C2H5, n-C5H11) and tellurophene in n-hexane affords nanostructured Te and Te/C particles the surface of which is oxidized in the atmosphere and whose C content depends on the structure of the organotellurium precursor.
