A tetranuclear aluminium hydrazide derivative with a ladder-type structure

Abstract

The reaction of (Me₂NAlH₂)₃ with excess H₂NNMe₂ affords [Al₄(NHNMe₂)₆(NNMe₂)₄]; the compound possesses an Al₄N₄ ladder-shaped core.
