Abstract

Reaction of ethyl 7-aminoindole-2-carboxylate has been investigated: 1H-pyrrolo[3,2-h]quinoline and 6-hydroxy-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-h]quinoline derivatives are obtained with β-diketones and β-oxo esters, respectively.
