Synthesis of Thieno[2′,3′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-c] [1,2,4]triazoles and Pyrazolylthieno[2,3-d][4,5-d′]dipyrimidines

Abstract

6-Substituted 5-amino-2-hydrazino-4-phenylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidines (2a–c) were synthesized and used as key intermediates for the synthesis of new thienopyrimidotriaz\oles and pyrazolylthienodipyrimidines.
