Abstract

Manganese(II), cobalt(II), copper(II), zinc(II), cadmium(II) and mercury(II) complexes of diethyl 2-(2-carboxyphenylhydrazono)-3-oxopentanedioate have been prepared and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and UV spectroscopy, magnetic moment measurements and thermogravimetric analysis.
