Abstract

The addition of CO and CO2 to the methane feed results in a remarkable promotion of catalyst stability for direct benzene and naphthalene production from methane on Mo/HZSM-5 and Co modified Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts at 973 K owing to the efficient suppression of coke formation.
