Abstract

The synthesis, solution redox behaviour and intramolecular charge transfer properties of novel D([double bond, length half m-dash]CH–CH)n[double bond, length half m-dash]A compounds (n = 0, 1, 3; D and A are 1,3-dithiole and nitrofluorene moieties, respectively) are reported.
