Abstract

The new compounds [Mo(η-Me3SiC5H4)(NMe2) 3], [Mo(η-Me3SiC5H4)2H 2], [Mo(η-C9H7)(NMe2)3], [Mo(η-C5H5)(S2CNMe2) 3], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OPri)(NMe2) 2], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OPri)2(NMe 2)], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OBut)(NMe2) 2], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OBut)2(NMe 2)], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OC6H2Me-4- But2-2,6)(NMe2)2], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OC6H3Me-6- But-2)(NMe2)2], [Mo(η-C5H5)(OC6H4Bu t-p)(NMe2)2], [Mo(OR)4(HNMe2)2] (R = p-MeC6H4[hair space]* or p-ButC6H4) and [Mo(OC6H4Me-p)4(NMe2 )2][hair space]* have been prepared and characterised. The asterisk indicates the crystal structure has been determined.
