Abstract

The redox-active polyazacyloalkane 1,4,8,11-ferrocenylmethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane L1 is a versatile receptor for the quantitative electrochemical determination of metal ions (Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+) and ATP in aqueous solution.
