Abstract

The structure of a self-assembled two-dimensional square network complex, [Cu2(C3H2O4)2(H 2O)2(4,4′-bpy)]·H2O, comprising both flexible and rigid ligands and having a large inner cavity of 15.776(3) × 15.786(2) Å, is reported.
