Thermoanalytical study of oxoanion-substituted cuprate superconductors
Abstract
The effects on the thermal stability in air of the partial substitution of Cu(1) in the 1212 superconductor Cu(BaSr)(Y0.85Ca0.15)Cu2O7 –x by some oxoanion groups (SO42–, PO43– and BO33–) has been investigated by thermoanalytical techniques (TG-DTA). An increased thermal stability of the oxoanion-substituted samples BO33– > PO43– > SO42– has been found.
