Abstract

Reaction of the HNMe2-stabilized iron-silylene complexes (1a,b) with the stannylene reagent [graphic omitted] But 2 occurs selectively by insertion into the N–H Bond to give novel types of base-stabilized silylene, stannylene complexes.
