F2C–N[horiz bar, triple dot above]S(F)[horiz bar, triple dot above]N–CF2, a cyclic bis(imino)fluorosulfinate from an unexpected rearrangement

Abstract

The first cyclic bis(imino)fluorosulfinate S(NMe2)3+ F2[graphic omitted]F22 is obtained by fluoride ion addition to NC–CF2–NSF2, (F2SN–CF2)2 or F2[graphic omitted]F2; the X-ray structure of 2 is reported.
