The syntheses of the previously unknown mercury carbonyl compounds [Hg(CO)2][Sb2F11]2 and [Hg2(CO)2][Sb2F11]2 and their characterization by FT-Raman, FT-IR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy are reported.
