A new model for coenzyme B12 with an intramolecular cobalt–carbon bridge

Abstract

The synthesis and structure of the first H2salen {2,2′-[1,2-ethanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol} derived model for coenzyme B12 with an intramolecular carbon bridge between the ligand and cobalt are reported.
