Combined use of m.c.d. and resonance Raman spectra for the detection of different electronic transitions in a charge-transfer band of [Mo(CO)4L](L = 2-iminomethylpyridine)

Abstract

The combination of m.c.d. and resonance Raman spectra is shown to be a new and valuable tool for the detection of four different electronic transitions in one charge-transfer band of[Mo(CO)4(2-iminomethylpyridine)].
