Conductance of tetra-alkylammonium perchlorates in acetonitrile + methanol mixtures at 25°C

Abstract

The association and the hydrodynamic behaviour of some quaternary ammonium perchlorates in acetonitrile + methanol mixtures have been investigated by precise conductance measurements at 25°C. The dependencies of association and mobility on solvent composition are primarily due to cation size and specific short-range ion-solvent interactions.
