Oxygen bridged [19]- and [21]-annulenones
Abstract
The synthesis of two oxygen-bridged [21]-annulenones and an oxygen-bridged [19]annulenone is described; evidence is adduced to suggest that the former are atropic whilst the latter is diatropic.
