The preparation, i.r., and Raman spectra of complexes of the type Te(teto)X4 and RTe(teto)X3 where X = Cl, Br, l: R =p-MeOC6H4 or p-EtOC6H4; and teto is NNN′N′-tetraethyldithio-oxamide are described. The possible structure of the complexes in the soild state is discussed.
