205Tl–1H spin–spin coupling constants in the 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of substituted arylthallium dichlorides

Abstract

205 Tl–1H Spin–spin coupling constants in various monoarylthallium dichlorides and substituted monoarylthallium dichlorides have been determined in dimethyl sulphoxide solutions in order to compare the couplings with corresponding 1H–1H couplings. It is concluded that there are close resemblances in the behaviour of the 205Tl–1H and the 1H–1H couplings.
