Significance of isosbestic points in the charge-transfer-to-solvent spectra of iodide in water–t-butyl alcohol mixtures

Abstract

Spectrophotometric measurements show that iodide in water containing small amounts of added t-butyl alcohol exists in two discrete local environments.
