Proton resonance spectra of heterocycles. Part II. Quinazoline and monosubstituted quinazolines

Abstract

Chemical shifts and coupling constants are reported for nineteen monosubstituted quinazolines. The parameters are correlated with the effect of the substituents on electron distribution in the heterocyclic systems. The literature assignment for quinazoline itself has been modified.
