CuI-catalyzed cross-coupling of diazoacetamide with terminal alkynes: an approach to synthesizing substituted dienamides and 3-butynamides

Abstract

A cross-coupling reaction between diazoacetamide and terminal alkynes has been developed, which provides a practical synthetic strategy for the synthesis of substituted dienamides and 3-butynamides under mild reaction conditions.
