Copper-catalyzed oxidative dehydrogenative N–N bond formation for the synthesis of N,N′-diarylindazol-3-ones

Abstract

A general copper/air catalytic system for intramolecular N–N bond formation via oxidative dehydrogenative coupling was developed. This research provides an alternative approach for the facile synthesis of N,N′-diaryl indazol-3-one derivatives.
