Selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 over MnO2/PDOPA@CNT catalysts prepared via poly(dopamine) functionalization

Abstract

MnO2/PDOPA@CNT catalysts were for the first time prepared via poly(dopamine) functionalization and applied in low-temperature NO reduction with NH3. Among them, the NO conversion of 10% MnO2/PDOPA@CNTs was the best and reached 57.4–93.4%, which was attributed to the generation of amorphous MnO2, higher surface oxygen content, and well-dispersed active component.
