A facile approach to prepare Bi(OH)3 nanoflakes as high-performance pseudocapacitor materials

Abstract

Bi(OH)3 nanoflakes are prepared by a facile one-step solvothermal approach. The product has a porous structure built up of many interconnected nanoflakes with a thickness of approximately 20 nm. Bi(OH)3 nanoflakes deliver a specific capacitance of 888 F gāˆ’1 at a current density of 1 A gāˆ’1.
