Etude du domaine d'e′lectroactivite′ des acides phosphoriques condense′s et du comportement e′lectrochimique de l'interface or–solutions acides

Abstract

Le domaine d'e′lectroactivite′ des acides phosphoriques condense′s a e′te′ de′termine′ pour une e′lectrode en or. Les e′tudes e′lectrochimiques par voltampe′rome′trie cyclique ont montre′ qu'il se produit une oxydation partielle de l'or avec formation d'espèces adsorbe′es sur l'e′lectrode et une faible dissolution dans la solution. Un me′canisme de dissolution-passivation est propose′, pour de′crire les phe′nomènes observe′s. Study of the electroactive range of potential of condensed phosphoric acids and of the electrochemical behavior of gold–acid solution interfaces. The limiting electrode processes of condensed phosphoric acids on a gold electrode have been determined using cyclic voltamperometry. The electrochemical studies by this technique have shown that the gold electrode oxidises with formation of adsorbed species and weak dissolution in the solution during anodic polarization. To describe the observed phenomenon, a dissolution-passivation mechanism is proposed.
