Pre-miRNA expressing plasmid delivery for anti-cancer therapy

Abstract

The preparation of Au NP complexes of the premiRNA-145/GFP expressing plasmid is reported; the latter is successfully delivered to glioma cells and the transcripted miRNA-145 efficiently decreases the expression of its target gene, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF).
