Synthesis of TiO2–WO3 nanocomposites as highly sensitive benzene sensors and high efficiency adsorbents

Abstract

TiO2–WO3 nanocomposites applicable for use as benzene sensors and water treatment materials, were prepared by a coprecipitation-hydrothermal route using Na2WO4 as the W precursor and TiCl4 as the Ti source and precipitator.
