Micro-morphological reconstruction of nanoporous goldelectrode

Abstract

A new facile procedure for reconstructing the micro-morphology of nanoporous gold in the basic 25–75 mol% zinc chloride-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid without using corrosive acids, bases or toxic electrolytes is described.
