Zinc complexes of the carbahemiporphyrazines

Abstract

Zinc can be inserted into the carbahemiporphyrazines by use of the organometallic reagent diethylzinc; in the case of benziphthalocyanine, concomitant alkylation of an α-carbon position and metalation occurs.
