Dramatic shape transformation of Ag nanoparticles with concave facets in a solvothermal process

Abstract

Tailoring the morphologies of metal nanoparticles especially those with concave facets is still a big challenge for current synthetic strategies. Here, we reported a facile and robust approach for the synthesis of Ag nanoparticles with different morphologies and concave facets.
